Biz Mum Masterclass Episode 7: Creating an Exit Plan for your Business, with Tash Guthrie

Welcome to the Biz Mum Masterclass, Episode #7

Creating an Exit Plan for your Business

An exit plan is something that we rarely think about when we love what we do and are working towards a series of goals and accomplishments.

Today’s guest is….

Me! I’m Tash Guthrie… work/life harmony and business growth strategist for mums in business.

Today I’m being a little bit controversial and talking all about creating an exit plan for your business. But don’t worry… you can still have an exit plan, even if you LOVE what you do.

Here’s what I’m talking about in this episode:

What is an exit plan?

Why is it important to have one?

Why you can’t get caught up on the word ‘exit’

You are meant to be more than what you are right now

Up-levelling your skills, experience and knowledge

Plus, I share a story about a series of exit plans that will open your eyes…. party size.

Length: 6:15

Girl you are good on Video! So, I have timeframes for when I need to achieve things – goals as the term exit plan really doesn’t resonate with me. These are to help me uplevel and eventually step back from my business while it runs itself. So I give myself time to learn, uplevel, create by a deadline so I can keep moving forward. I guess it’s the same but I just see it as a goal to create my success.
