Although I do not provide returns or credits due to change of mind, I may consider a refund your order within 14 days of the postage date if the physical item does not match the feature description provided on my website sales page.

COLOUR REPRODUCTION MAY NOT BE EXACTLY AS SEEN ON SCREEN. We take no responsibility for this variance.

There are no refunds for change of mind on pre orders. See above.



I individually package each order with care & love to ensure that it arrives on your door step in perfect condition. If, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately to discuss our options. Refunds for damaged items will be considered on a case by case basis.


RETURNS/REFUNDS (for damaged items)

In the unlikely event that you would need to refund your order due to damages; returns must be posted back to me within 14 days of our communication, in an unused condition. 

All returns must be packaged with bubble wrap and posted using a pre-paid parcel post bag. Proof of postage and a tracking number must be provided to me.

Upon receiving your unused product, I will preferably exchange your product, or provide a refund of the product cost (if I am unable to replace it).

I will refund these funds into your nominated bank account via direct deposit and will notify you via email with the transaction details.

As stated above, I am unable to provide a refund for damages if the product has been used or written in.



Once a purchase is made for a digital product, it is immediately sent to you via automation. Therefore there are strictly no returns, credits or exchanges available on downloadable or digital products, sorry.



Postage and handling costs for each order are included.

I strive to post all orders within 72 business hours of receiving your order (excluding pre orders), however please understand that I live remotely and have young children. I will maintain communication if I’m unable to meet this requirement. Please note that any orders placed on a Friday may not get posted until Tuesday at the latest.

Postage is provided by Australia Post, in pre paid parcel post bags, inclusive of tracking.

I take no responsibility for the loss of any parcels through Australia Post. However I’m not an arsehole and therefore I’ll certainly work with you to locate the item as it’s just as much my loss as it is yours if something were to go wrong. In the unlikely event that this occurs, we will work together in order to rectify the problem.

If you change addresses between your order date and the shipment date, you are responsible for updating me via email with the correct postal address for your order. Changes can be sent to [email protected] I take no responsibility for misplaced or incorrectly delivered orders if you have not updated your address. This includes pre orders, knowing that 2020 planners will not commence shipping until October 2019.



Once your order has been received, you will receive an email notification confirming your order.

All orders are posted with tracking ID through Australia Post.

Once your order has been posted, expect to receive an email from me that includes your tracking ID number.

All orders of 3 or more items will automatically include sign on delivery at my own cost to ensure that your package arrives safely.

When you purchase the PDF version of The Time Creator, you will not receive a physical product. Please check your email for the file.

You will have 3 attempts to download the file over 60 days.

I suggest saving it onto your computer in a secure location.
